Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Anya Hindmarch branded box or dust bag, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
